This is where we interrogate the brief, identify potential pain points and opportunities, capture insights and shape the overall strategy. From briefings and brand safaris to workshops and research, we’ll set out the vision, determine the principles and positioning, and map out the ideal user journey. Our in-house team has worked in brand experience for three decades, and over the years we’ve developed an extensive network of creative minds to draw on – enabling us to handle projects of varying scale and complexity. From artists to architects, we’ll assemble a multidisciplinary team for each project. And because communication and collaboration are central to our approach, we’ll appoint an account lead that will advocate for your brand and keep everything (and everyone) on track.

This is the stage when we take the approved designs and turn them into a detailed set of drawings and specifications to confirm costs, optimise value and begin to finalise project programmes. We’ll identify and engage the suppliers, contractors and consultants we need to deliver the project, and create digital/physical prototypes to test concepts prior to manufacture, where needed.

When the time comes, we project manage every aspect of installation, keeping stakeholders up to date and specialist suppliers on track through regular meetings. For physical environments, this stage can include reviewing and red-penning of rod drawings and approval of finishes to ensure seamless, snag-free delivery of the project. And we always conduct one- and six-month reviews after go-live to identify and implement any improvements needed.
